cooee~ friends of the earth.

so. yesterday, we held this surprise birthday-slash-farewell party for our dear friend, syn yi. rather nerve-racking, i thought, waiting for her to come down the stairs in all her glory. i came a teeny weeny bit late... and all my people (forgive the word "my") were all trying to hide in the shadows of the gate pillar. so did not work. while blee, being blee, swatted the mozzies buzzing around only himself. then, mrs sim popped her head out. she spotted us.

the birthday cake was square. with silver ribbon. and, the six rounds of clapping sounded like firecrackers.

i'm so proud of the scrapbook we made for u, yi. -the legend of amps; a memoir.- took us approximately 10 hours in my humble abode. you better keep it safe, and uncovered in juice.

bah, have to go to the airport soon. in transit in brunei now. mommy's fren's house. so, i'm outstation indefinitely. soon to be in kangaroo-a-gogo land. i will enjoy. in the meantime, hug us. thx.
